Under which scholarship will be given to 30,000 male and female students in 68 disciplines annually. Under this program, students of 50 public sector universities, 16 medical colleges, and 131 graduate colleges will be able to benefit. Eligibility Criteria
If you belong to the province of Punjab and are a student of a public sector university, medical college, or graduate college and are interested in getting a scholarship by completing your registration under the Honhaar Scholarship program launched by the Punjab government. So remember that some eligibility criteria have been set by the Punjab government. So only those students who meet these eligibility criteria are eligible to apply. - Must have a domicile from any district in Punjab.
- Should be 22 years or younger on the application deadline.
- Family’s monthly income must be less than Rs 300,000 (Affidavit needed)
- The applicant must be enrolled in selected disciplines at selected universities/colleges for the fall session of 2024. Newly enrolled MBBS and BDS students in 2024 are also eligible for this scholarship.
Minimum FSc./Intermediate marks:
- For public medical and dental colleges: 80% or more in FSc/Intermediate.
- For federal and private universities: At least 70% for sciences and 65% for arts and social sciences.
- For public universities: 70% or more for sciences, 65% or more for arts and social sciences.
- For HED colleges: 65% for sciences, 60% for arts and social sciences.
Procedures for Applying to the Honhaar Scholarship Program

- To create an account you must first select your nationality.
- After selecting the nationality, you have to select your institute.
- After selecting the institute, you have to enter your ID card number.
- After entering the ID card number, you have to enter your email address.
- And finally, you have to choose a strong password for your account. Remember that the password should contain at least 6 characters; including special characters will make your password stronger.
- And finally, you have to click on the submit button, which will create your account.
- Once your account is created, you need to login to your account by clicking on the login option again.
- As soon as you are logged into your account, the registration form will open in front of you.
- The registration form is divided into a total 12 steps. You have to go through these 12 steps to complete your registration.
